ZURICH Malaysia launched its Care For What Matters brand campaign in August, with a promise to create a brighter future for all Malaysians.
This ongoing initiative reflects Zurich’s dedication to providing financial security while promoting social and environmental responsibility.
As part of this campaign, Zurich hosted its Karnival Kita OK! event at Central Market in Kuala Lumpur from Sept 22 to 24.
This celebration of the Malaysian’s community spirit drew over 36,000 visitors.
During the three-day event, attendees enjoyed the offerings of 50 diverse, local vendors, featuring a variety of handcrafted accessories, clothing, snacks and quick bites.
In line with their commitment to what matters most to their customers, Zurich pledged to donate all vendors' rental fees collected, resulting in a substantial community contribution of RM25,250.
The event also featured free personal finance, career development, and batik workshops.
Zurich joined forces with Sunway Home Healthcare to offer complimentary wellness checks for Karnival Kita OK! participants.
In response to the growing impact of climate change, Zurich has launched the Urban Climate Resilience Programme. This three-year collaboration, involving the Z Zurich Foundation and global partners, works alongside the Kuala Lumpur City Hall and Melaka City Council to address the challenges posed by climate change.
Rewarding Zurich customers
Zurich reaffirmed its brand’s unwavering promise to safeguard and prioritise what truly matters to its customers by developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
On Oct 12, Zurich introduced an exclusive campaign for all Zurich customers called ‘Add to Care’.
This campaign rewards existing customers with up to 10% cashback and discount when they sign up for a new eligible product with Zurich Insurance and Takaful.
With a wide range of insurance and takaful coverages available, including health, family, vehicle, savings and investment, home, and business, Zurich ensures that customers are protected while enjoying savings and benefits.
Care For What Matters contest
Zurich’s ‘Care For What Matters’ campaign also includes a contest whereby participants have a chance to win cash rewards.
There are 10 monthly prizes of RM2,000 from September to December, and a grand prize of RM50,000.
To participate, eligible customers simply need to submit a one-sentence description of what matters most to them on the campaign’s page, share it on Facebook, tag Zurich’s page and include the hashtag #CareForWhatMatters
The contest runs till Dec 31.
