Cambridge GCE A-Level
The Cambridge GCE A-Level programme at Sunway College is officially the best performing A-Level provider in the nation, with its achievement of students being awarded the highest number of Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards among Malaysian colleges for seven consecutive years.
The programme has an outstanding track record of 53.4% of its students achieving straight A*/As, as well as a 100% pass rate, based on the recent examinations in November 2022.
This programme also provides students with a platform to enter the world’s leading institutions. Recently, Sunway College A-Level alumnus Tristan Chang proved this fact by being the only Malaysian student accepted into the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Australian Matriculation Programme (AUSMAT)
This programme is imbued with over three decades of academic excellence, with Sunway College being recognised with having one of the best performing AUSMAT programmes, as per the School Curriculum and Standards Authority body of Western Australia.
Based on the March 2023 examination, 32% of the students ranked top 10% globally.
With a proven track record and over 130 awards to date, the AUSMAT programme offers a gateway to the world with the highly valued Western Australia Certificate of Education (WACE).
The programme prepares students with the essential communication, research, organisational and time management skills to thrive in universities worldwide.
Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY)
MUFY at Sunway College provides the academic bridge for students to progress successfully into Monash University, and other universities across the world.
The programme has achieved an impressive 61% of students graduating with a distinction (or above) in the 2022 examinations, with 250 students being awarded the Monash High Achiever Scholarship.
Canadian International Matriculation Programme (CIMP)
Sunway College’s CIMP programme is the only Canadian pre-university programme accredited by the Ministry of Ontario in Malaysia.
The programme is delivered by an Ontario-trained teaching faculty with experience in over 29 countries and its graduates will receive the highly regarded Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) upon completion.
Sunway College successfully ensured over 60% of its students achieved the Ontario Scholar status based on 2022 results.
To date, CIMP graduates have been accepted into more than 230 universities worldwide.
Sunway Foundation Programme
The Sunway Foundation Programme consists of the Foundation in Arts (FIA) and Foundation in Science and Technology (FIST) – with both programmes designed to help students develop personal and academic skills, and to identify their individual talents.
The programmes are delivered by a team of experienced faculty with diverse industry backgrounds, ensuring that students have the opportunity to learn from professionals who bring real-world expertise into the classroom.
Based on the 2022 results, more than 80% of the programmes’ graduates were eligible for the Jeffrey Cheah ACE Scholarship. The programmes have also consistently produced the highest number of Sunway University First Class Honours students.
Sunway Diploma Programmes
Both Sunway College and Sunway University offer a wide range of diploma programmes for students to get a head start in their careers.
These include fields such as business administration, accounting, finance, communications, information technology, computer science, fashion design technology, culinary arts, hotel management, graphic and multimedia design, interior design, and nursing, to name a few.
Some diploma programmes are also available at the extended premise of Sunway College at Sunway Velocity in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
Professional Programmes
The ACCA and ICAEW programmes at Sunway TES ensure students are equipped with holistic soft skills that will enable them to thrive in the ever-changing business world beyond accounting.
It involves equipping students with the skills in utilising technology and data analytics to provide insights beyond financial statements, helping organisations make informed decisions about their operations, investments and overall strategy.
Students can opt for the ACCA Foundation in Accountancy (ACCA FIA) or Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) under Sunway TES.
This is the fastest pathway to attain the ACCA and ACA qualifications, as upon completion of the programme, graduates can move directly to the ACCA applied skills level for ACCA FIA and ICAEW ACA for CFAB.
Sunway TES has an outstanding and consistent track record of students scoring the highest possible marks globally in ACCA examinations, with the college also being awarded the Platinum Approved Learning Partner status by ACCA for 20 consecutive years.

American Degree Transfer Programme (ADTP)

For over 25 years, ADTP at Sunway has been instrumental in helping students turn their dreams into reality with 79% of its students being successfully transferred to esteemed universities, within the top 10% rankings, in the US.
