Therefore, to understand customers’ needs and improve the quality of its service team, an independent survey through the market research firm IPSOS has been conducted this year to evaluate customer satisfaction towards CUCKOO services.
The survey results showed CUCKOO achieved an overwhelming 97% customer satisfaction score for its water purifier and air purifier’s overall Natural Care Service.
As the members of the CUCKOO+ Service Team also have their own families, they understand full well how important it is to have clean water and air for each of you.

In conjunction with the recent launch of its service campaign on Oct 17, CUCKOO brand ambassador Dato’ Sri Siti Nurhaliza received a challenge card to experience and evaluate the service behind the scenes by being a CUCKOO Natural Doctress for a day.
She personally carried out two services for CUCKOO products which are ICON Water Purifier and CUCKOO B Model Cordless Air Purifier in two different customer homes, which strictly follow the standard operating procedures for each service.
Along the way, she asked questions to the accompanying CUCKOO Natural Doctress to further understand the life of being one. After her experience, an interview session was held, where Dato’ Sri Siti Nurhaliza shared her experience and evaluated the service.
One of the questions asked by Dato’ Sri Siti Nurhaliza is how the CUCKOO Natural Doctress retains her passion while working. To this, the CUCKOO Natural Doctress said, “We Know, We Care – most importantly, we understand how important it is to have a healthy life and home.”
