Lee shared that the selling price for the unit starts from RM290,000.

“The take-up rate for this condominium is 30% on the first day of Chinese New Year (Feb 1, 2022),” said Lee, who is also the interior decorator and interior designer for its show units and club house.

She said that the condominium project is by Palazzo Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary company of Team Keris Bhd.

“The targeted Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) for this condominium project is January 2025,” she added.

There are multiple essential and lifestyle amenities within an 8km radius, making this a convenient location for homebuyers. The amenities include hospitals, hypermarkets, shopping malls, educations, and theme parks.

Residents will also have a great view of the city and limestone hills.

A luxurious clubhouse which is already completed, will be available for residents to spend quality and joyous time with their family.
