BANGKOK: National squash player Sanjay Jeeva got his revenge on compatriot Duncan Lee by clinching gold at the Thailand SEA Games on Friday (Dec 19).

Top seed Sanjay won gold after coming from a set down to win 6-11, 11-6, 11-5, 11-4 against second seed Duncan at the Vajiravudh College in Dusit.

The pair had met previously at the National Championships in Penang, with Duncan upsetting Sanjay for the title in September.

The national squash camp has swept all four gold medals in squash in Thailand, after Noor Ainaa Amani Ampandi won gold by defeating compatriot Yee Xin Ying earlier, adding two golds in the mixed jumbo doubles and men’s jumbo doubles.
