PETALING JAYA: A twist of fate saw Malaysia losing 0-2 against Egypt in an early clash between the top two seeds in the last 16 of the World Junior Team Championships.

Malaysia, strong enough to reach the final, were supposed to meet South Africa in the last 16 but it all went wrong for them in Houston on Saturday.
