PETALING JAYA: It was a double blow for Malaysia’s Low Wee Wern as her ranking dropped one rung to seventh in the latest world rankings list after losing in the Windy City Open in Chicago.
The Penangite, at world No. 6 last month, lost 8-11, 5-11, 6-11 in 33 minutes to world No. 3 Raneem El Weleily of Egypt in the quarter-finals on Saturday.
