Gurshan seeking breakthrough next year

PETALING JAYA: After spending most of the year adapting to the demands of a full-time squash player, youngster Gurshan Singh is hoping to make a breakthrough next year.

The 18-year-old only joined the Squash Racquets Association of Malaysia’s (SRAM) senior set-up this year and is ranked behind the likes of national No. 1 Ong Beng Hee, Mohd Nafiizwan Adnan, Ivan Yuen, Mohd Asyraf Azan and fellow youngsters Mohd Addeen Idrakie, Sanjay Singh Chal and Mohd Hannan Tarmidi.
