Bibiana on target for medal, team lagging behind


YANGON: Bibiana Ng remained within striking distance of an individual medal at the halfway mark of the women’s 25m pistol shooting event at the North Dagon Shooting Range here on Monday.

At the completion of three rounds of precision shooting, Bibiana is in fourth position on 286 points. She is just two points behind leaders Naphaswan Yangpaiboon of Thailand and Singaporean Teo Shun Xie, and just one point behind another Singaporean shooter, Nicole Tan Ling Chiao Sin.
