MALAYSIA Swimming (MS) have deemed Cheong Jun Hoong a surplus to requirements at the beginning of 2022 but nobody can deny the fact that she will be remembered as Malaysia’s world champion diver.

Ipoh-born Jun Hoong announced her retirement from diving yesterday as she bade farewell to the sport after 22 years of service to the nation.
