PETALING JAYA: Former National Sports Council (NSC) director-general Abdul Rashid Yaakob (pic) is back in the hot seat less than three months after calling time on his career — this time as the 2027 SEA Games chief executive officer.
He will lead the SEA Games organising committee (MASOC) secretariat responsible for overseeing all aspects of preparations for the biennial regional multi-sport event, including the 2027 Asean Para Games.
