Padel-London to host first FIP Intercontinental Cup in July


LONDON (Reuters) -London will stage the inaugural FIP Intercontinental Cup in July, marking the first time the world's top professional padel players will compete in the UK in an elite tournament.

The competition, described as padel's equivalent of golf's Ryder Cup or tennis's Laver Cup, will feature an Americas versus Europe team format, adding a new dimension to the sport's global calendar as it continues its rapid international expansion.
