Exponent Humaira gets ready for worlds despite knee trouble

KUALA LUMPUR: National taekwondo exponent Nur Humaira Abdul Karim (pic) won’t let her left knee injury stop her from defending the team bronze medal at the World Poomsae Championships in Hong Kong from Nov 30-Dec 4.

The 22-year-old is confident with the team’s capabilities despite the retirement of her sister Nurul Hidayah Abdul Karim last year.
