Jason Loo-Nurul Hidayah Abdul Karim bagged gold in the mixed pair Under 30 category at the Asian Open Taekwondo Championships in Ho Chi Minh City.

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian poomsae (non-sparring) exponents are on the right track to shine at the Philippines SEA Games from Nov 30-Dec 11 after a superb outing in the Asian Open Taekwondo Championships in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

In the just-concluded tournament, the Malaysian poomsae squad bagged two gold medals through Sara Yap Khim Wen in the women’s poomsae individual Under-30 category and Jason Loo-Nurul Hidayah Abdul Karim in the mixed pair Under-30 category.
