PETALING JAYA: World No. 2 Chen Long easily reached the men’s singles final of the German Open GP Gold badminton championships in Mulheim on Saturday.
The 24-year-old proved too strong for compatriot Qiao Bin, strolling to a 21-8, 21-16. He will face Indonesia’s Tommy Sugiarto in the final. Tommy defeated Thai Boonsak Ponsana 21-19, 21-12 in the other semi-final.
