Malaysian pair’s gallant run ends in the final

PETALING JAYA: Professional pair Mohd Fairuzizuan Mohd Tazari-Mohd Zakry Abdul Latif came within a whisker of winning their first title since leaving the BA of Malaysia (BAM) last August but ultimately fell short in the final of the Thailand Open GP Gold in Bangkok yesterday.

The pair, who have three titles – the back-to-back Singapore and Indonesia Opens in 2008 and the 2010 India Open GP Gold, were searching for their first success since joining KLRC.
