ROTTERDAM: Referees were reported on Tuesday to be seeking a life ban for Davide Bianchetti from the World Squash Federation, the sport’s governing body.
The Italian’s prolonged rant against the officials during his encounter with Saurav Ghosal of India on Monday caused the match to be awarded against him. Referees also say they will lobby for professionalism and respect towards officials, a criteria for Olympic inclusion.
