PETALING JAYA: Former FIFA referee Abdul Halim Abdul Hamid of the Armed Forces has passed away due spinal cord complications at the Kangar Hospital in Perlis on Thursday.
The 47-year-old father of four children was laid to rest at the Kg Tok Paduka Muslim cemetery in Kangar yesterday.
