Azroy tops race as Malaysia make a rare sweep

PETALING JAYA: Rider Azroy Hakeem Anuar found his groove as he led a rare all-local sweep of the podium in Race 1 of Round 2 in the ASB1000 category of the Asia Road Racing Championship.

Starting third from the pole, Azroy of the Idemitsu Honda Racing Malaysia got off to a brilliant start to immediately take control of the race and pulled away to cross the line unchallenged with a time of 25:22.336s at the Sepang International Circuit yesterday.
