Tengku Djan and Naquib top MTC class at S1K

Speed merchant: Naquib Azlan teamed up with Tengku Djan Ley Tengku Mahaleel to win the MTC class in the 14th edition of the Sepang 1000km Endurance Race.

PETALING JAYA: Drivers Tengku Djan Ley Tengku Mahaleel and Mohd Naquib Azlan won the Malaysian Touring Car (MTC) class in the 14th edition of the Sepang 1000km Endurance Race (S1K) at the Sepang International Circuit on Sunday to make up for the disappointment in 2021.

The Toyota Gazoo Racing Malaysia drivers came out on top in the 181-lap race in 8 hours, 32 minutes and 41 seconds but had to battle hard in the last 10 laps.
