PETALING JAYA: One injury is all it takes to undo years of hard work and former national hockey star Jivan Mohan knows that pain better than most.

Just three months before the 2001 Junior World Cup in Hobart, Jivan suffered a serious knee injury and needed surgery. Many thought his dream was over.
