PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian hockey team wrapped up their Asia Cup campaign with a bronze medal after defeating China 4-1 in the third-fourth placing match on Sunday (Sept 7).
The Speedy Tigers, determined to get a good result after their final hopes were dashed, got things rolling quickly as Norsyafiq Sumantri converted a penalty corner in the eighth minute at the Bihar Sports University Hockey Stadium.
