PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian hockey team are still feeling the pain of missing the gold at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, but their hopes of reaching the 2028 Olympics are far from dashed.

The Speedy Tigers were forced to settle for silver after they were beaten 5-1 by India in the final, missing out on an automatic ticket to Los Angeles.
