PETALING JAYA: Malaysia lifted the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup for the first time after dethroning defending champions South Korea 3-2 in a closely fought final in Ipoh on Thursday (Nov 10).
The team, who started the tournament with a 3-0 defeat to the Koreans, turned on the power to upstage the favourites at the Sultan Azlan Shah Stadium.
