Anson’s drive for redemption

Consistency is key: Jamie Tan and Anson Yeo posing with their trophies in the Sabah Amateur Open.

PETALING JAYA: Amateur golfer Anson Yeo is hopeful of getting a second chance to swing it right at the SEA Games in Thailand in December.

Yesterday, the Sarawak-born talent showed he was on the right track after clinching the Sabah Amateur Open title in Kota Kinabalu, living up to his billing as the nation’s No. 1 ranked male golfer.
