Japan's Daichi Hayashi

PETALING JAYA: Japan’s Daichi Hayashi hoisted the Saujana Amateur Championship trophy by two strokes at the Saujana Golf and Country Club yesterday.

The Japanese golfer was the beneficiary of Justin Choi Jun-hee’s last-gasp mistake after the South Korean drove his shot into the water and ended with a triple bogey on the 15th hole.
