Winnie’s on the upswing and wants to keep moving up


PETALING JAYA: Amateur golfer Winnie Ng is enjoying her upward momentum and hopes to keep it going.

The 22-year-old recently secured a second-place finish at the Vietnam Ladies Amateur Open, carding a one-under 215 behind hometown winner Doan Xuan Khue Minh, who scored seven under 209 last Sunday at the Vinpearl Golf Nam Hoi An.
