Leading brand opens Glenmarie fitting centre

The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the highlight of the official launch of the centre.

ACUSHNET Company opened their first Titleist club fitting centre in Malaysia at Glenmarie Golf and Country Club in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Situated at the driving range practice facility, Acushnet said it is a state-of-the-art fitting centre and “a monumental stride for Malaysian golf enthusiasts, as it is fully equipped to deliver a truly comprehensive fitting experience regardless of one’s golfing ability.

“It is with great excitement that we introduce the Titleist fitting centre here at Glenmarie,” said Rick Brown, Acushnet’s South-East Asia general manager.

“We are thankful to the management of Glenmarie for this partnership. Titleist fitting centre’s around the world are dedicated to finding a golfer’s optimal equipment to best suit their game.

“Each year in neighbouring Singapore and Thailand we fit thousands of golfers at our fitting centres. And, we are excited to bring this service to Malaysia and our team looks forward to engaging with more golfers from across the country and helping them to lower their scores.”

The Titleist Fitting Centre at Glenmarie provides tour-level fitting services and is run by Titleist fitting specialists who utilise their professional expertise and the most advanced tools to help golfers who are serious about improving their game, he added.
