SINGAPORE: Malaysian golf ace Gavin Kyle Green (pic) continues to impress in the Asian Tour by finishing a creditable tied eighth in the season-opening SMBC Singapore Open.

It was the best finish by a Malaysian in the tournament in recent years since Rashid Ismail finished tied 15th in 2006.
