Four spots up for grabs in Malaysian Open golf qualifiers


PETALING JAYA: About 80 local golfers will battle it out for four more berths in next year’s Maybank Malaysian Open at the two-day National Qualifier at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club (KLGCC) next Tuesday.

Malaysia have been allotted 22 spots at the Asian Tour and European Tour co-sanctioned Malaysian Open at the KLGCC from Feb 5-8. To date, 12 Malaysians have already confirmed their places in the 156-player field.
