Soccer-Galatasaray sign defender Singo from Monaco

(Reuters) -Galatasaray have signed Ivory Coast defender Wilfried Singo from AS Monaco for 30.8 million euros ($36.06 million), the Turkish Super Lig club said on Thursday.

Additionally, Galatasaray will pay 10% of any future resale profit to French side Monaco.

The 24-year-old Singo, who has 31 caps for the Ivory Coast national team, has signed a five-year contract on a salary of 4.8 million euros per season.
