Malaysia beat Nepal 2-0 in Asian Cup 2027


PETALING JAYA: Harimau Malaya started their 2027 Asian Cup third-round Group F qualifying campaign on the right foot by beating South Asian nation Nepal 2-0 at the Sultan Ibrahim Stadium in Iskandar Puteri on Tuesday (March 25).

Midfielder Hector Hevel produced a virtuoso performance against the Gorkhalis by scoring a goal on his debut, with a long-range shot in the 29th minute.
