Soccer-Villa re-sign Philogene from Hull City

(Reuters) - Forward Jaden Philogene has returned to Aston Villa, the Premier League club said on Friday, a year after he moved to Hull City.

Philogene, 22, spent three years at Villa's academy before making his senior debut at the club in 2021. He had loan spells at Stoke City and Cardiff City before making a permanent move to Hull, where he scored 12 goals in 32 appearances in the English Championship.
