PETALING JAYA: Brazilian centreback Gabriel Peres turned unlikely match winner for Sabah when he scored in the last minute of a nail-biting Super League clash with Kuala Lumpur to earn the Rhinos a 3-2 win at the Likas Stadium in Kota Kinabalu on Sunday.
Peres poked home off a cross from Rizal Ghazali in the 89th minute to give Sabah the win, which saw them move up to fourth in the standings with 39 points after 21 games.
