PETALING JAYA: Kuala Lumpur are seeking quality foreign players with personalities who can inspire their youngsters.

The City Boys, now under the stewardship of chief executive officer (CEO) and ex-KL player Stanley Bernard Samuel, have so far retained captain Paulo Josue, who led them to Super League promotion last season.
