PETALING JAYA: Newly crowned FA Cup champions Pahang are hoping for a reprieve from the FA of Malaysia (FAM) to enable them to play in the AFC Champions League.

Pahang beat Selangor 2-0 with goals from Mohd Nor Azam Abdul Azih (22nd minute) and Patrick Cruz (62nd) at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil on Saturday in the FA Cup final.
