Malaysia edge Cambodia 3-2 to win Suzuki Cup opener

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia were made to sweat before edging Cambodia 3-2 in their AFF Suzuki Cup Group B opener at the Thuwunna Stadium in Yangoon.

Skipper Mohd Amri Yahyah was the hero for the Harimau Malaysia after his brace in the 68th and 80th secured the three points. Malaysia’s other goal was scored by winger Syazwan Zainon in the 36th minute.
