GEORGE TOWN: Penang have allocated a whopping RM19mil for their challenge in next season’s Super League.

It’s almost a five-fold increase in their budget as the Panthers had spent only RM4mil in this season’s Premier League. They finished second to earn promotion to the top flight after a five-year lapse.
