Malaysia U-23 squad win Bangabandhu Gold Cup


PETALING JAYA: The national Under-23 side showed character to edge Bangladesh 3-2 in the final of the Bangabandhu Gold Cup football tournament.

Substitute Mohd Faizat Ghazli was the hero for Malaysia, heading home the winner in stoppage time at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka, Bangladesh, last night.
