Kedah stun defending champions Pahang in Malaysia Cup semis


ALOR STAR: Kedah upset defending champions Pahang 3-1 in a dramatic Malaysia Cup semi-final first-leg match at the Darulaman Stadium.

Kedah had seemed cruising to a 2-0 win, courtesy of a goal in each half by South Korean midfielder Namgung Woong and teenager Farhan Roslan, when Matias Conti scored a vital away goal for the Elephants in the first minute of stoppage time.
