THE pint-sized Nurul Izzah Izzati Mohd Asri made it a proud day for Malaysian cycling with a breakthrough bronze medal in women’s keirin at the Asian Games.

Izzah positioned herself well in the final lap of the decider to finish third as Yuan Liying and Wang Lijuan swept the gold and silver for China at the Izu Velodrome in Shizuoka.
