Cycle continues: Azizulhasni Awang has been in outstanding form this season despite his advancing years.

PETALING JAYA: The Youth and Sports Ministry and the National Sports Council’s decision (NSC) to continue track cycling great Azizulhasni Awang’s service for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics was made based on data and facts, and not emotional factors.

Youth and Sports Minister Dr Mohd Taufiq Johari made that clear at a press conference yesterday, even after considering the fact that Azizul will be 40 when the Games take place.
