Amarjit elected new ACC President


KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Amarjit Singh Gill pulled off a surprise victory to become the new president of the Asian Cycling Confederation (ACC) following an election at the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Thursday (Feb 6).

The Malaysian National Cycling Federation (MNCF) president defeated Indonesia’s Raja Sapta Oktohari, who also heads the Indonesian Olympic Committee (MOI), with a 24-17 vote.
