PETALING JAYA: Jupha Somnet is set to join Azizulhasni Awang and Fatehah Mustapa in an impressive three-member Malaysian cast for track cycling at next year’s Rio de Janeiro Olympics.

At the halfway mark in the Olympic rankings for track cycling, the 22-year-old Jupha is ranked third in Asia for the women’s omnium in 21st spot behind China (16th) and Hong Kong (18th). Five out of the 18 slots are reserved for Asian riders.
