SIBU: It was a moment that Wilfred Harding would cherish forever as it marked the pinnacle of his six years in bodybuilding.

The Visual Arts teacher from SMK Serian triumphed at the 53rd annual Mr Sarawak bodybuilding championships staged in Plaza Merdeka, Kuching, where he beat four other category champions to lift the coveted President’s Cup.
