Silver but still shining

One step at a time: Natasha Roslan’s next focus is on the team event.— MTBC

PETALING JAYA: Natasha Roslan may not have become the first Malaysian to retain a world title, but she is refusing to dwell on disappointment.

The national bowler’s bid to defend her World Cup women’s singles crown ended in defeat, as the 29-year-old lost 1-2 (190-231, 206-147, 168-204) to France’s Manon Clement in Sunday’s final at the Max Munich Bowling in Brunnthal, Germany.
