Dynamic duo Aaron-Wooi Yik continue fine form in India

PETALING JAYA: Shuttlers Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik continued their good form this year by marching into the Indian Open men's doubles semi-finals.

The Malaysian Open runners-up ousted Taiwan's world No. 15 Lee Jhe-huei-Yang Po-hsuan 21-19, 21-14 in just 31 minutes at the Indira Gandhi Sports Complex in New Delhi on Friday (Jan 16).

Aaron-Wooi Yik maintained their 100 percent record against the Taiwanese duo, claiming their fifth straight win.

The World No. 2 pair will be out to make it into back-to-back finals when they take on the winners of the match between  Japan's Hiroki Midorikawa-Kyohei Yamashita and Taiwan's Liu Kuang-heng-Yang Po-han next.
