Aaron-Khai Xing clinch Syed Modi International crown


PETALING JAYA: Men’s doubles pair Aaron Tai-Khang Khai Xing capped their fine run by lifting the Syed Modi International title on Sunday (Nov 30) after beating compatriots Chia Weijie-Lwi Sheng Hao in the final.

The former world junior champions toppled Weijie-Sheng Hao 21-9, 21-19 in 33 minutes at the Babu Banarasi Das U.P. Badminton Academy in Lucknow.

It was a repeat of last month’s Malaysia Super 100 final in Iskandar Puteri, Johor which also went in favour of Aaron-Khai Xing.
