PETALING JAYA: Shuttlers Yap Roy King-Wan Arif Wan Junaidi stunned Thailand’s Dechapol Puavaranukroh-Kittinupong Kedren to progress to the World Championships third round.

Debutants and world No. 22 Roy King-Arif played brilliantly to beat the world No. 12 Thais 21-13, 21-17 in just 33 minutes at the Adidas Arena in Port de la Chapelle in Paris on Wednesday (Aug 27).
