TAN Kian Meng stayed on course to bag three Commonwealth Games medals after reaching the quarter-finals of the men’s doubles and semi-finals of the mixed doubles.

Kian Meng had already won gold in the mixed team event and yesterday, he combined with Lai Pei Jing in the mixed to oust home pair Callum Hemming-Jessica Pugh 22-20, 21-11 in the last eight at the National Exhibition Centre.
